Business Development Manager
HoReCa – Sales
Own a territory. Build the HoReCa network from the ground up. This is a hunter role for someone who loves closing deals and building relationships in the hospitality space.
What You Will Do
- Identify, pitch, and close hotels, restaurants, and café chains in your territory
- Own monthly and quarterly volume targets with full accountability
- Build a pipeline of leads and convert them into long-term accounts
- Coordinate with logistics and operations for seamless fulfilment
- Provide structured market intelligence reports back to the leadership team
